BAKERY-PASTRY SHOP DE MARO: BAKING TRAY TRANSPORT FOR EGG CAKES
The baking tray transport is a production line designed, built and installed on site by Van Wees Waalwijk. Baking trays with egg cakes are unstacked, transported to the device that takes the egg cakes out of the pans and transported to the stacker via a brushing unit and a cooling section.
BAKKERSLAND KERKRADE: WATER JET-CUTTER
The water jet cutter is used to score patterns on the bread dough before it goes into the oven for the baking. The machine is easy to disconnect from the production line for cleaning and maintenance.
Bakkersland Waalwijk: EGG CAKE DOSING MACHINE
The egg cake dosing machine is developed and built to dose egg cake dough onto the baking paper. The baking paper is then transported through the oven via a spooling system. The baked egg cakes are then transferred by a conveyor belt to the packaging department.
Perfetti van Melle: CANDY NECKLACE MACHINE
The candy necklace machine has been built to sort the candy beads on thickness and sieve them. The product dispenser in the drum then sorts them in rows in order to be able to string them on elastic cord, tie and cut the rope. The candy necklace is ready.
